Production Line Coding: Based on key information such as product production batches, raw material sources, and production dates, a digital identity ID for the product is generated within the system. This ID is protected by encryption algorithms to ensure its security and uniqueness. During the production process, the generated code label is attached to the product packaging.

  2. Information Collection and Association: In critical stages of product production, processing, and quality inspection, industrial cameras, PDAs, and other devices are used to scan QR codes. The collected information is uploaded to the system in real-time, where it is associated with the code to establish an information database.
