In September 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Promoting the Development of Mobile Internet of Things "Internet of Everything with Intelligence"", aiming to accelerate the development of mobile Internet of Things from "Internet of Everything" to "Internet of Everything with Intelligence". The government has given high support and attention to the development of intelligent IoT in terms of policies.
As a product of the in-depth integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT), technological innovation has always been a key factor in the development of intelligent IoT, promoting the evolution from "Internet of Everything" to "Internet of Everything with Intelligence".
At present, intelligent IoT devices have been widely used in many fields such as smart home, smart city, industrial manufacturing, smart medical care, and smart logistics. The interconnection between devices has realized efficient circulation and intelligent interaction of information, building a complete organic whole.
With the continuous development of technology and the expansion of scenarios, the application field of intelligent IoT will be further expanded, and the market scale will also grow accordingly. From the market scale of 3.05 trillion yuan in 2022, it is expected to grow to 4.31 trillion yuan in 2024.
In 2025, with the rapid development of technologies such as 5G, cloud computing, and big data, intelligent IoT will usher in greater development opportunities.

Q1: What are the key development stages of LINKWIN since its establishment? How to maintain competitiveness in the current market environment? What are the unique competitive advantages?
Since the establishment of the initial team in 2001, we started with anti-counterfeiting technology. In 2004, we served the first Fortune 500 company since the company's establishment, and launched the tracking and traceability business in the same year. Later, we became a global supplier of a well-known Fortune 500 household appliance enterprise and launched digital business. Between 2013 and 2015, the company moved into a new office building, the number of Fortune 500 customers reached 20, and more than 60 patents were obtained. From 2015 to 2019, closely following national policies, the company launched the Linong Platform for agrochemical enterprises, which can be quickly deployed and implemented, helping enterprises quickly meet the requirements of government and market audits. At the same time, the number of Fortune 500 customer enterprises reached 40. Up to now, it has become a technology service company providing intelligent manufacturing, digital supply chain, digital marketing and industrial IoT platform solutions.

In this process, it has applied for more than 60 patented technologies, achieving breakthroughs in anti-counterfeiting, traceability, industrial vision, RFID and other fields. Through these patented technologies, LINKWIN has developed products and solutions such as Micro-Texture Code®, Cloud Single Page, RFID, lean production and warehousing logistics management, and industrial IoT, helping enterprises realize intelligent IoT business scenarios in the end-to-end process from raw material procurement, processing and production, to semi-finished and finished product warehousing and outgoing, commodity circulation among dealers and markets, and terminal consumer care.
Q3: What are LINKWIN's existing production lines? Can you introduce them?

IoT solutions are inseparable from the combination of software and hardware. In terms of products, LINKWIN currently has independently produced anti-counterfeiting labels and RFID products, and has established long-term and solid cooperative relations with well-known domestic and foreign equipment suppliers. In terms of software, LINKWIN has independently developed the TTS tracking and traceability system, the DM3.0 digital marketing system, the exclusive patented Micro-Texture Code® anti-counterfeiting technology, the lightweight WMS system, and the Linong SaaS platform. Through the combination of the above software and hardware capabilities, we have refined solutions such as full-life-cycle management of commodity circulation and industrial IoT.
Q4: Has LINKWIN recently launched any new products or production lines? Compared with existing solutions on the market, what are the unique selling points or improvements of the new products or production lines? How are they expected to change the industry pattern or meet users' new needs?

LINKWIN has launched Micro-Texture Code® technology in the anti-counterfeiting business. This technology is derived from the irregular and random patterns generated by ink drops falling on paper, thus developing a unique anti-counterfeiting method that can truly achieve a uniqueness verification method similar to fingerprints. In terms of tracking and traceability, the second-generation TTS solution has been launched. Different from the singleness of traditional solutions, the TTS 2.0 product can connect production, supply chain, market, sales, stores, dealers and channels, realizing full-life-cycle management of product circulation with one platform and unified data source. At the same time, it also integrates IoT technologies such as RFID, NFC and positioning to meet the needs of various industries.
Q5: For the future development of technology, which fields is LINKWIN optimistic about? Does the company have specific research directions or technological foresight?

Along the way, in addition to its own unremitting efforts in development and growth, LINKWIN has also learned and understood a lot of market development trends and cutting-edge technologies from many customers. Q6: In the face of changing market demands, how does LINKWIN ensure continuous technological leadership and innovation capabilities?

Continuous Innovation and Pursuit of Excellence in LINKWIN's values are the fundamental reasons why we can always maintain a respectful attitude towards customers. What we remain unchanged is the investment in technological R&D and program innovation. We conduct full and effective communication with customers in each project, even brainstorming. The delivery standard is never to finish, but to do well. Only by being strict with ourselves can we better meet customer requirements. In this process, many new ideas and new ideas will naturally be generated, accumulated and precipitated, but we will not test them on customers. Therefore, in order to verify innovative ideas, LINKWIN has invested in its own laboratory for full verification, and will put new technologies and products into application only after obtaining customer recognition.
Q7: Who are LINKWIN's upstream and downstream enterprises? What are the cooperation cases with existing customers?

We have many upstream enterprises, including equipment and cloud service suppliers such as Hikvision, Huawei,康耐视 (Cognex), and Advantech. Existing cooperative customer cases include Bayer, ExxonMobil, Henkel, BASF, Sinochem, COFCO, Bright Dairy, Philips, etc. In addition, the top ten global agrochemical industries are basically our customers.
Q8: Against the background of rapid industry development and increasing competition, what are the main challenges currently facing LINKWIN? What measures will the company take to address these challenges?

Like many enterprises, the biggest challenges come from the uncertainty of industry development and the complexity of global trade. Faced with these challenges, LINKWIN adheres to maintaining stability amid changes.
