Challenges & Project Requirements in Digital Transformation
➢ Challenges in Digital Transformation
Potential issues with product labeling: manual labeling in packaging may lead to wrong labels, blank labels, incomplete label content, mismatched manuals and products, missing sterilization labels, etc.
Accuracy of ERP-related information: inspection data of the entire production line must be connected with the ERP system to ensure products match order requirements.
➢ Project Requirements
In view of the above, industrial vision technology was adopted to inspect the manual and all surfaces of products to ensure products comply with order requirements and quality standards.
LinkVision Visual Inspection Solution

Actual Inspection Scenario

Real-Time Synchronized Inspection Data
Products are automatically conveyed through a newly added inspection conveyor belt, and inspected by vision cameras at inspection points.
The IPC program compares product content (such as whether labels and manuals match products of the production batch).
Inspection items include:
Label and certificate information (product batch number, name, code);
Manual completeness (document number, version number, registration certificate number);
Accuracy of user manual content;
Accuracy of label and certificate placement;
Completeness and consistency of sterilization labels;
Correctness of inner packaging labels;
Barcode recognition and data integrity inspection;
Consistency check between on-line products and orders/batch numbers;
onsistency check of all labels and matching with order requirements.
Project Application Results
